How Do I Order?
select the template you wish to have on the tummy
pop in details you require embroidered Name/Date of Birth/Weight/Time in the “Message Box” Provided
Please ensure you check ALL details spelling and times are correct

What Happens Next?
once we receive your order and payment, we will begin the designing process of your template
once this s complete, we will pop you an email with an image of the design
please keep and eye on your Spam/Junk folder
our emails have fun going to customers Junk Folders just to make life fun
Now here’s the important part !!
once you receive this please double check all info is correct, this is very important as once we embroid on your teddy we can not undo it
Pop us an email back confirming all details are correct, if you wish to have certain colours used on your teddy pop this information back in your confirmation email

How Long will my order take?

Processing time for bears is 5 business days, we do however do our best to get them out before this time frame
Unfortunately during Peak Periods such as Christmas, Easter and Mother’s day this time frame can push out
Your Teddy will be shipped using Sendle Courier Services or Australia Post
We offer Flat rate shipping of $11.95
A signature will be required for your teddy upon arrival
Safe Drop is an option however you do so at your own risk
Shipping time can vary depending on your local, however once your Teddy has left Embroidery Diva headquarters we no longer have control over time frames (please allow extra time around  Christmas and other busy period throughout the year)
