We are happy to help create any style saying or image for your very own mug

Made To Order Mug are 8oz ceramic
custom printed. Do Not Place in Dishwasher

How Do I Order?
Please select options from the menu to select colour, name etc
add name details eg Love From Joe & Mia to the “message Box” provided
all images for printing please send to us on our Facebook page Embroidery Diva or our email divas1810@live.com

What Payment options are available?
we happily accept PayPal, Afterpay, Stripe, Credit Card and Bank Transfer

How Long will my order take?

Processing time for bears is 5 business days, we do however do our best to get them out before this time frame
Unfortunately during Peak Periods such as Christmas, Easter and Mother’s day this time frame can push out
Your order will be shipped using Sendle Courier Services or Australia Post
We offer Flat rate shipping of $11.95
A signature will be required for your order upon arrival
Safe Drop is an option however you do so at your own risk
Shipping time can vary depending on your location, however once your order has left Embroidery Diva headquarters we no longer have control over time frames (please allow extra time around  Christmas and other busy period throughout the year)
We wrap your mug in bubble wrap and place in a box for shipping
If your mug arrives broken please contact us within 24 hours with and image and we will happily send a replacement

If you would like your order sooner, please contact us before ordering to pre arrange this
