Production time
Embroidery & Print Products: 2 weeks
Peak Periods – e.g. Christmas, Easter & Mother’s Day: 3-4 weeks (we very often get swamped during these times of the year)
Please Note: These estimated time frames above do not include postage time to you.
Once your order leaves us, we no longer have control over time frames. We recommend using the tracking information provided to follow the journey of your order.
When will my order be shipped?
Our aim is to complete your order within 2 weeks depending on your purchase. Times may vary during peak periods such as November- December with Christmas orders, and April prior to Mother’s Day. If you have any questions in regards to production time please email me. Please note that production time is the time to create your order. Shipping time is the time your order has been shipped up until delivery of your items. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped we no longer have any control over the time frame, and we ask that you use tracking details sent to you to monitor the journey.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Please contact us for a price. Turn around time varies from country to country. We generally use airmail, although seamail is available which is cheaper but MUCH SLOWER.
Will my order look exactly like the listing?
We do endeavor to keep designs and style exactly as shown, sometimes this is not always possible.
Font &/or design Colour can change without notice.
If you want a specific font/design used or color combo for towels (Hooded Towels). Please add this information to the “Message Box” provided.
How do I pay for my order?
Once you have placed your order, you can make payment through bank transfer, bank account details are shown at checkout if you have selected this option. PayPal with instant transfer. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still make a payment using PayPal’s secure credit card payments. All orders are processed once payments have been cleared.
We also have several of the buy now pay later providers. Afterpay, Zippay, Humm & Wizit
I need my order in a rush
Our general turn around time is 2 weeks on embroidery and print products
Express Post & Rush Order Fees are available to push your order through sooner.
Please contact us to organize this. Please do NOT just leave a comment in notes section (at times it is not possible to get items made in the time frame you require).
If im ordering a plush toy, can i see a design proof before you create it?
Yes, once payment has been made/cleared, you will receive a design mock-up. This will enable you to check and confirm ALL details are correct.
PLEASE ENSURE when sending details through, that they are all correct. If there happens to be an error and it is from the wrong information sent. There will be a re-design charge of $6.00. If the error is our end (there is no cost).
Once we have confirmation from the design mock up and the item is sewn, if then the error is notice. Again there will be a full cost of replacement to you if the error is on our end we will replace it.
Are your products safe?
Embroidery Diva only stock high quality items where they meet Australia safety standards to keep all children safe. With the plush toys they are tested and meet the Australian toy safety for children over 3 years. Please note that any ribbons or tags attached to your items or plush toys are not apart of the safety standards and must be removed before giving to your child.
Do you think the details you sent are wrong?
Embroidery Diva endeavour to get all orders out in a timely manner , if you have a noticed an error with details etc on your order please do make contact with me as soon as possible. If you order has NOT been created changes are made easily. So please do double check your details when ordering. Please also ensure you have entered your correct email address upon ordering to receive your copy of your invoice and details.
