Returns & Exchanges

Please choose carefully when ordering.

Sizing graphs are provided for all T Shirt items.

When entering name &/or details please ensure you double-check all spelling is correct.

Design mockups are sent on certain items e.g. Teddy Bears, Blankets & Christening items.

Please double-check all information provided to us for your personalized items is correct when the mock-up is sent to you.

If approval to go ahead is given and we have sewn/made your order, a refund is not available.

Replacement will be the cost of a new item.

If the error was on our end, a replacement will be resent, but the original item will be required to be returned to us.

T-Shirt and Jumpers
Please use the sizing graphs provided to choose your size. Our Shirts and Jumpers are NOT the same as store purchased. We Do Not refund or exchange for incorrect sizing selection.

Refunds
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we feel the product has been misused.
We will happily refund or exchange if the item is faulty or significantly different to what is shown in the listing. Please keep in mind some designs will/can change depending on availability.

Change of Mind/ Cancelation
As we Endeavor to get orders completed in a timely manner. Change of mind or cancelation is required within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us asap via email admin@embroiderydiva.com.au or via our Facebook page

Cancelation of any order does carry a 6% cancelation/ restocking fee. Which will be taken off your order refund.
