POP THE NAME REQUIRED IN THE “MESSAGE BOX’ AVAILABLE

Design Mock Up
A design mock up will be sent to you via email prior to sewing.Please check all spelling and dates are correct.
If there is an error due to incorrect information being sent, a redesign fee of $6 will be charged. If the error is our fault we will happily redesign free of charge.
Once the bear is sewn errors Can Not be unpicked. A whole new bear will be required

How Long will my order take?

Our items are all personalized and made to order, we require time to make each item. Please allow up to 5 business days, for us to process your purchase.
This can take longer around Christmas and other peak periods
We ship all our orders with Sendle Courier Services or Australia Post
We offer Flat rate shipping of $11.95
Shipping time can vary depending on your local, however once your item has left Embroidery Diva headquarters we no longer have control over time frames (please allow extra time around  Christmas and other busy period throughout the year)
