How Long will my order take?
Processing time for bears is 5 business days, we do however do our best to get them out before this time frame
Unfortunately during Peak Periods such as Christmas, Easter and Mother’s day this time frame can push out
However If you require it sooner, please contact us to arrange

How do i receive my order?
Your mug will be shipped in a box wrapped with bubble wrap
We offer flat rate shipping with Australia Post and/or Sendle Courier Services
Express Post* is available for an additional charge
Unfortunately we have no control over postage times once your order has left us
*Express Post only speeds up the shipping time. This does not bump your purchase to the top of the list for processing
If you wish to have your order sooner PLEASE contact us before ordering

What if my Mug arrives BROKEN?
Yes unfortunately sometimes this happens.
Sadly we cant control the care the courier companies take with our orders.
However if your mug does arrive broken PLEASE contact us within 24 hours with an image of the broken item
We will happily remake and reship your item
