How Long will my order take?

Our items are all personalized and made to order, we require time to make each item. Please allow up to 5 business days, for us to process your purchase.
This can take longer around Christmas and other peak periods
We ship all our orders with Sendle Courier Services or Australia Post
We offer Flat rate shipping of $8.00
Shipping time can vary depending on your local, however once your item has left Embroidery Diva headquarters we no longer have control over time frames (please allow extra time around  Christmas and other busy period throughout the year)
