You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving item. All tags etc must still be attached. Item must also be unused or unworn.

Once payment is clearer or received a design mock up will be sent through for your approval.
IF there is an error found, this can be fixed no problem. Although if this error is to be from wrong information sent by the purchaser, there is a re design charge of $6.00.
If this is an error our end, the re design is FREE.
Your order will not be made until I have confirmation on the mock up.
Once the item is sewn, if there is an error A FULL REPLACEMENT COST WILL BE CHARGED
so PLEASE take the time to double check ALL details are correct.
Items are to be return before any refund is made and MUST be in an shipped condition except Coffee Mugs.

We go to great extreme to package the items safely. BUT can not control how AusPost handle the items once they leave me.
If however your ite arrives broken please take a photo and email through. We will remake and re ship. Although if this is repetitive occurrence I will refund the item.
