Processing time for bears is 1-2 weeks, we do however do our best to get them out before this time frame
Unfortunately during Peak Periods such as Christmas, Easter and Mother’s Day this time frame can push out

Can I see what the design looks like prior?
Yes, absolutely please keep a close eye on your inbox for a design mock up.
We will send you a mockup of your design before embroidery commences.
Please double check all information has been entered correctly (as we cannot undo this once sewn)
Email us back with your approval & any colour combo changes or edits required

Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, we are happy for you to collect your order in person.
