How Long will my order take?
Processing time for bears is 1-2 weeks, we do however do our best to get them out before this time frame
Unfortunately during Peak Periods such as Christmas, Easter and Mother’s day this time frame can push out

Can I see what the design looks like prior?
Yes, absolutely please keep a close eye on your inbox for a design mock up.
We will send you a mock up of your design before embroidery commences.
Please double check all information has been entered correctly (as we can not undo this once sewn)
Email us back with your approval & any colour combo changes or edits required

Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, we are happy for you to collect your order in person.
