We carefully package your mug in a bubble wrapped box, as we know not all postal services understand FRAGILE.
If by chance your mug arrives broken, please contact us straight away with a photo and we shall get a replacement to you ASAP

How Long will my order take?

Processing time for bears is 5 business days, we do however do our best to get them out before this time frame
Unfortunately during Peak Periods such as Christmas, Easter and Mother’s day this time frame can push out
Your order will be shipped using Sendle Courier Services or Australia Post
We offer Flat rate shipping of $11.95
A signature will be required for your teddy upon arrival
Safe Drop is an option however you do so at your own risk
Shipping time can vary depending on your local, however once your order has left Embroidery Diva headquarters we no longer have control over time frames (please allow extra time around Christmas and other busy period throughout the year)
